Decided to try something a little different tonight.....

I made a video of the Venera-d entry sequence, The configs are done for the venus entry part(as shown in the video) but the orbiter config still needs thruster locations set, But otherwise its almost done. Still need a working Soyuz though :(, I might have to hold out for mustard to finish his
If their isn't any complaints, I might start useing video on a regular basis, to cover my development of add-ons for orbiter

I STRONGLY suggest you don't wait for that other Soyuz rocket. For many reasons.
2 options.
Get help in the #orbiter irc room where there are CVEL experts. http://www.orbithangar.com/orbiterirc.php
or
Simply make a scn where the Fregat has just gotten into orbit. You will miss the launch but still can plan a trip to venus then.
The current CVEL soyuz is fine for your means so please don't write it off just yet,

I saw your post on the M6 forum. The Soyuz Launchers work fine in the new Orbiter. I've just tested them by sending Mars Express to the moon.

I just switched to Fraps, to record(with sound) video, and windows movie maker(comes with XP) to edit it.
There is a good tutorial on making videos with orbiter here and it has links to all kinds of programs to make videos

thanks,I didn't realize the old one still works. Sputniks updated version is the one that was giving me trouble
